Dental Implant Removal

Dr. Rowe can remove an implant much like a regular tooth extraction. Sometimes implants may need to be removed so that other prosthetics can be arranged. Peri-implantitis can form if the patient has poor dental hygiene, smokes, begins to grind their teeth, or over time the bone rejects the screws embedded into it.
